What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a GPP (General Physical Preparedness) program. Its purpose is to produce a fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. We aim to develop all facets of fitness, including strength, speed, agility, power, endurance, stamina, balance, coordination, accuracy and flexibility.
In its application, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, performed at a high intensity.
